Return and Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.   Before returning an item – please email us directly at customerservice@woodubend.us.com to let us know your reason for requesting a return.

We recommend you choose a shipping method for your return that includes tracking options, as we are not responsible for any undelivered return packages.  Returns must be mailed to WoodUbend USA – South Distributor c/o The Painting Lady Inc –  119 East 11th Street, Gibson City, IL 60936

Please note: Only items purchased at woodubend.us.com that are being returned by the original buyer are eligible for return on this website. If you have purchased your item at an independent WoodUbend retailer, please contact them directly for any returns or refunds. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 days.

Late or missing refunds:  If you are expecting a refund via your bank debit card and haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.   If you are expecting a refund via your credit card or paypal, please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Please note:  Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt of the original item (see above) If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@woodubend.us.com and send your item in it’s original packaging to: WoodUbend Southern States Distributor ,  The Painting Lady Inc 119 E 11th Street, Gibson City, IL 60936 

Cancellations

Orders from woodubend.us.com can only be canceled within 24 hours of ordering.  If your order has already shipped, please follow the return procedures above for a refund of your purchase price.
